What is the minimum ice order required to qualify for the free delivery service?
We require our cool clients to place an order of at least 20 bags of ice to qualify for our free delivery service in the Sedgefield area. If you need ice delivered to the Wilderness or Knysna area, please let us know and we can chat about the requirements.
What is the minimum ice order required to become a stockist?
This would depend on the type of establishment wanting to stock our ice. If you would like to become a stockist of the coolest ice in town, simply send us a message (fill in the contact form above) and we can then chat about your unique needs.

How big are your refrigerated trailers?
Big enough for your next event! Each trailer has 4.5 cubic meters of storage space.
How long can I hire the refrigerated trailer for?
Our trailers are available for rental on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Whichever option suits your needs best!
What area do you service?
The coolest ice in town is available in the areas of Wilderness, Sedgefield and Knysna.
